As a Data Analyst within the maintenance team of a nuclear power plant, I managed the extraction and preparation of maintenance ticket data from SAP. My responsibilities included cleaning, transforming, and structuring the data to ensure reliability and consistency. I designed and developed interactive Power BI dashboards that gave stakeholders a comprehensive view of maintenance progress, contractor performance, urgent interventions, reported issues, and scheduled recurring tasks. These dashboards enabled the definition and monitoring of standardized KPIs for all contractors, setting clear performance objectives and accountability. The result was improved operational decision-making, enhanced visibility of maintenance activities, and proactive planning across multiple teams and external partners.
